Off Shore Mould Tooling

Tri-Way has been working with overseas mould tooling for over 10 years. Many mould tooling programs that are directly sourced offshore our customers are sent to us for 2nd stage services. The moulds are de-crated, disassembled, inspected and cleaned to remove shipping grease. A tryout is performed and any necessary tuning to meet customer plant approval or grain approval. Engineering changes are incorporated whenever needed.

Mould tooling programs that are built off shore and managed by Tri-Way will provide the same level of quality and mould workmanship as if built domestically, but with a cost savings of 15% to 25%
